Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item(s) must be in the same or near-original condition as received. Items must also be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will accept returns outside of normal eligibility only if your products arrive damaged, broken, or compromised during delivery. In such cases, please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can make things right.

If your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

Damages & Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us right away so we can evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate solution.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the quickest method is to complete a return for the product you currently have. Once your return is approved, you may place a separate order for the new item you desire.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
