   Hair Washing Routine for Strong, Healthy Hair

When it comes to washing your hair, it’s important to spend 30 minutes to 1 hour to properly care for it. During this time, at least two of the steps below should be included in your weekly or daily routine to achieve strong, healthy hair.

1) Pre-Shampoo (Pre-Wash)

Before your regular shampoo, apply our organic, handmade pre-shampoo to wet hair. Gently massage it until it dissolves into your strands. Leave it for 5 minutes or more, then rinse with cold or lukewarm water. Follow this with your regular shampoo.

2) Shampoo (Cleanse)

Use your usual shampoo or ours to cleanse your hair. Focus on the scalp and let the lather gently run through the lengths of your hair.

3) Conditioner & Detangling

Apply our conditioner or your preferred one only to the hair body, avoiding the scalp. This prevents excess oil buildup. Gently detangle your hair with a wide-tooth comb or your fingers, working from the ends upward.

4) Hair Rinse (Optional, for Shine & Strength)

For a glossy, healthy finish, use our hair rinse:

  • Mix 3 tablespoons of the rinse with 3 cups of cold or lukewarm water.

  • Pour gently over your hair.

  • Finish by applying a small amount of our regrowth oil to your scalp and massage gently. You can warm the oil slightly if desired.

Following this routine regularly will help your hair become stronger, shinier, and healthier while supporting growth from the roots.
